This established real estate agency is owned and run by my wife Bridget and I, an English-Irish couple resident in Kalkan, on the South West Mediterranean coastline of Turkey (Turquoise Coast). We bought our Beyhan Villa in 2003 and were so impressed by the quality of build and service we received from the builder, that we agreed to sell his properties through ‘Beyhan Properties’, the agency we acquired from him. In our first 2 years in Kalkan we had heard several unhappy tales of buyers less fortunate than ourselves and we were determined to offer a service that would make the purchase process pleasant, inexpensive and as ‘painless’ as possible. This year we have partnered with Beyhan Construction and share an office in the centre of Kalkan.

Our Property

Much of our property for sale in Kalkan is built by Numan Beyhan, an esteemed local builder with 20 years experience building hotels, villas and apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding area. His build quality is of the highest standard and all his properties are beautifully fitted and equipped to very high specifications. If we don't have an existing property to meet your requirements, we offer an off-plan service which is second to none and enables huge savings up to 30%. Free Service

We will guide and assist you through the process of buying property in Turkey, which can mostly be completed in your absence. We can assist you to find the best deals on furnishings and white goods. We have expertise in draftmanship and carpentry and will liaise with builders and tradesmen on your behalf for any special requirements such as custom-made cupboards and furnishings. Furthermore, our service does not end with the issue of title deeds (tapu) for your Kalkan property; we can arrange property management at any level, and we remain available in Kalkan all year round to assist whenever we may be required. Nevertheless we have decided not to levy the usual 3% fee to you, the buyer – the charge to you for our professional services is zero.
