This is a brief outline of construction options with our partners Beyhan Construction. At Beyhan Properties we have plots of building land allocated to future projects already at the planning stage. We can also help you find building land for off plan projects if you have a specific location and/or project in mind.
Beyhan Properties Construction offers you a choice of:
Off Plan
We will build your Dream. You have the opportunity to be involved with the architect (Gülsen Yücesan) and builder at the planning phase. Price will depend upon factors such as location, type of dwelling (villa, apartment etc) and the chosen specification of materials and fittings, but the cost will be considerably less (up to 30%) than buying an already completed similar property.

New Properties
We have a number of completed new properties ready for immediate occupation. Most are fully furnished and can be found elsewhere in this website. Other projects are at the planning stage or currently under construction. Although you’re not present at the planning stage you will have some choice of materials, fixtures, fittings and furnishings. If prepared to pre-pay or make staged payments, you will also benefit from considerable discounts. |
