Notes:	Children of all ages are welcome and there is a separate shallow kiddies’ pool. The apartment is on the ground floor with direct access to the pool / patio area. There are, however, steps down from the road to the apartment so this is probably unsuitable for the elderly or infirm. Non-smoking only, pets not allowed, wheelchair inaccessible.

Outside:

Child-safe private terrace with table and 2 chairs: gated access to patio with shared pool and views over Kalkan Bay. 4 sun beds. Landscaped gardens.

Distances:

15 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan village.
2 minute walk to nearby hotel / restaurant.
300m from local mini-market.
