We never charge buyers a fee* – our services, which generally far exceed our competitors during and after sale, are completely free of charge. Free viewing trips are always offered when buying one of Numan Beyhan’s properties and are available for selected other properties (please enquire). If you buy a Kalkan property from us we will be happy to advertise it for holiday rental on our website free of charge for the first year and thereafter for a small administrative charge.

* Most local agencies charge both seller and buyer 3% commission. We believe this is excessive and have decided to charge 3% commission to the seller only on all our sales.

We will guide and assist you through the process of buying property in Turkey, which can mostly be completed in your absence. We can assist you to find the best deals on furnishings and white goods. We have expertise in draftmanship and carpentry and will liaise with builders and tradesmen on your behalf for any special requirements such as custom-made cupboards and furnishings. Furthermore, our service does not end with the issue of title deeds (tapu) for your Kalkan property; we can arrange property management at any level, and we remain available in Kalkan all year round to assist whenever we may be required.
